I wore this look to my best friend's birthday dinner last night, and I will never get tired of advocating the classic little black dress. Something as simple as this piece I picked up at Zara is so perfect for any number of occasions- I could wear this work and dash over to a bar for drinks after, or to town for a movie and dinner. Its a basic bodycon dress, admittedly, nothing to gush over, but I'm in love with the seaming details! There's something that's so raw about it, yet polished at the same time.

I paired this dress with one of my all time favourite cuffs and this edgy oxblood clutch that is quite Fall appropriate! I don't get to experience changing seasons here but I imagine that if the weather was cooler, I'd wear this dress over leggings and chunky ankle boots.

In other news, tomorrow is my first day at a new job! While I'm really happy I landed the position, I'm still super nervous so fingers crossed that it'll go well!
