Now that my stunning (and rather fabulous, no?) facial hair has got your attention...

When November rolls around, I generally remember it in a way I don't other months for 3 reasons: 1) it's my birthday month (which reminds me, thanks for all the birthday wishes everyone!) 2) Christmas is a month away- make mental note to start sleuthing for gift ideas and 3) movember. 

As a girl, and hence, my lack of ability to grow facial hair substantial enough to be part of this #trend, my participation is usually limited to laughing at my male friends and their patchy AZN beards. This year tho... how'd you like to win a pair of Nunettes?

So I lucked out again and got these super kick ass pair of Nunettes from the generous people at GlassesOnline (thanks guys)! I love how graphic they are, and how they're truly an accessory in their own right. They've got a ton of other designs to choose from too, but I chose this one because a) I don't have a pair of white sunglasses yet and b) I appreciate the irony of walking around Singapore and reminding everyone of the tropic climes.

I put this look together around the sunglasses, which has a certain athleticism to it, so cue the J.Crew/American Eagle-esque outfit. There's a lot of colour going on for me, but I really like it nonetheless. 3rd quarter of the year resolution: experiment with.. colour...
